Shipping - All guns will be returned to the client via UPS or FedEx express shipping. All non-serial numbered parts will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. It is perfectly legal for the registered owner of a handgun to ship to a licensed gunsmith. Check with the carrier of your choice to learn their shipping policies.

All guns sent must have a detailed list of the required work that we have discussed, along with complete name, address, and all contact information.

Any changes to the work order made after an initial work order is written may be subject to an additional charge and the job could be delayed.

Complete custom guns requiring an aftermarket frame must have the frame registered to the client before work can begin.
*I only work on customer supplied guns and frames, I do not supply, build and sell "pre-built" guns!

Payment - I accept Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa and MasterCard. All prices listed reflect a 3% Cash/Check or Money Order Discount. Credit card payments under $200 are same as cash.

Please allow 10 days for personal check to clear.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to start a work order for an existing gun you already own and wish to customize (no need for it to sit in my safe). This will get your project into the work rotation. You will be contacted approx. 2-4 weeks prior to the start work date at which time you can ship your gun.The deposit will be deducted from the work order total.

Current turn-around time for complete full-house custom guns is approx. 8-12 months.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

PA residents add 6% sales tax.

Return shipping cost will be added to the total of all work performed.

Additional Policies
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED; HOWEVER, I STAND BY MY WORK AND SERVICE 100%

Previously gunsmithed and home gunsmithed guns will be subject to an initial inspection before work is performed and may be charged inspection/troubleshooting fees.

Any gun altered after being returned to the client voids all claims of Pinnacle High Performances responsibility for customer dissatisfaction, call to discuss any problems and my reparations policy.

PINNACLE HIGH PERFORMANCE takes no responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged during shipping.
